There was a time when I posted whatever inspired me in the moment—an AI artwork I was proud of, a quote that touched me, an idea I found mind-expanding. As a multipassionate creative, it felt natural to share whatever was lighting me up. I wanted to be useful. Inspiring. Informative. Real.
But over time, I noticed something: the more I shared without a clear intention or audience in mind, the more my message got lost. I was creating—but I wasn’t connecting. I was speaking, but not being heard.
The multipassionate trap
Being interested in many things is a gift. But if we don't give it structure, it becomes a fog. Our audience can't follow us because they don't know where we're taking them. And if we aren't clear, they won't be either.
I realized I was confusing my audience about what I actually stand for. What is my core message? Where do I want to lead people? What transformation am I inviting them into?
Messaging isn’t just about expression—it’s about transmission
Even when the heart of our message stays the same, we have to become master communicators. That means:
Speaking in the language of the people we're trying to reach
Making the next step clear
Aligning our content with our goals (inspiration? sales? connection?)
Why knowing your audience matters
When you're clear on who you're speaking to, everything changes:
You know what to say
You know how to say it
You attract the right people
You start to see results
Otherwise, you’re just posting into the void.
Before you post, ask yourself:
Who is this for?
What do they need to hear right now?
What do I want them to do or feel?
Message with intention, not just emotion
As creators, we thrive on emotion. But if we want to grow a personal brand or a business, we also need clarity, structure, and consistency.
Being strategic doesn't make you fake. It makes you effective.
So whether you're here to inspire, teach, sell, or connect—know your people. Speak to them directly. Lead them somewhere clear.
That’s how you build trust. That’s how you create impact. That’s how your message finally lands.
I am the void.
